BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Reservations
By confirming a reservation with Green Stone Adventures, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
2. Cancellation Policy
Day tours and shared shuttle transportation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to info@GreenStone.co.cr at least 3 days before the scheduled start date of the service.
Travel packages including accommodation, transportation and activities:
During the regular season, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
During special travel periods, such as Easter Week and Week 52, cancellations must be made at least 60 days before the scheduled start date of the service.
If a cancellation is not made within the periods indicated above, or if the client does not show up on the reserved date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
3. Modifications
Any request to modify a reservation must be submitted in writing and will be subject to availability. Green Stone Adventures reserves the right to apply additional charges for changes to a reservation.
4. No-Show
If the client does not appear on the agreed date and time, the reservation will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation with Green Stone Adventures, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
